ڈکیتی/Robbery :عام قانون کے مطابق ، ڈکیتی کی تعریف دوسرے کی ملکیت لینا ہے ، کسی سے طاقت،خوف میں ڈال کر کوئی چیز چھیننا ہے ۔ یعنی ، یہ ایک حملہ آور حملہ یا چوری ہے۔ مطلب ڈکیتی کسی دوسرے شخص سے طاقت یا تشدد کا خطرہ استعمال کرکے قیمتی چیز لینا ہے۔ مثال کے طور پر ، کسی شخص کے گھر میں گھنس کر اس کو ڈرا دھمکا کر قیمتی اشیا چرا کر لے جانا. 
قتل/Murder :قتل کسی جواز یا جائز عذر کے بغیر کسی دوسرے انسان کا غیرقانونی قتل ہے ، مطلب اپنی پوری سوچ سمجھ کے ساتھ کسی مقصد کے لیے کسی دوسرے انسان کو جان سے مارنا.
مثال :کسی ایک شخص کا دوسرے کو شخص کو مارنا . 
جھوٹی گوائی/Perjury :کورٹ میں حلف لے کر جھوٹ بولنا
مثال :عدالت میں گواہی دیتے ہوئے جھوٹ بولنے کی ایک مثال گواہ ہے۔ 
جیب سے چوری کرنا/Pickpocketing: کسی کی جیب سے پیسے یا موبائل یا والٹ چرانا.
مثال :اکثر بس میں یا ایسی بھیڑ والی جگہ میں ایسا ہوتا ہے کے کوئی آپ کے پیسے جیب سے نکال لیتا ہے یا موبائل یا کوئی بھی قیمتی اشیا . 
منظم جرائم/Organized crime: ایسا جرم جس میں مقامی ، قومی یا بین الاقوامی افراد کے ایک گروہ شامل ہوتا ہے ، جو نفع کے لیے مجرمانہ کاروباری اداروں میں شامل ہوتا ہے۔ تنظیمیں ایک خاندان ، کاروبار یا کارپوریشن کے اندر یا کسی مجرمانہ گروہ کے اندر قائم ہوسکتی ہیں۔
مثال :یہ گروہ متعدد مجرمانہ سرگرمیوں میں ملوث ہیں جن میں پاسپورٹ فراڈ ، رسائی آلہ کی دھوکہ دہی ، چوری کی نشاندہی ، صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی دھوکہ دہی ، رئیل اسٹیٹ کی دھوکہ دہی ، منی لانڈرنگ ، منشیات کی اسمگلنگ ، انسانی سمگلنگ ، جسم فروشی اور بھتہ خوری شامل ہے۔ 
کارپوریٹ جرم/Corporate crime: سے مراد کارپوریشن ، یا کارپوریشن یا کسی دوسرے کاروباری ادارے کی جانب سے کام کرنے والے افراد کے ذریعے کیے جانے والے جرائم ہیں
مثال :کارپوریٹ جرائم کی مثالوں میں جھوٹے دعوے ، ماحولیاتی قوانین کی خلاف ورزی ، کارپوریٹ فراڈ ، عدم اعتماد کی خلاف ورزی اور رشوت شامل ہیں. 
منی لانڈرنگ/Money laundering: ایک مجرمانہ سرگرمی ، جیسے منشیات کی اسمگلنگ یا دہشت گردی کی مالی اعانت سے پیدا ہونے والی بڑی رقم کمانے کا عمل ہے ، ایسا لگتا ہے کہ یہ کسی جائز ذریعہ سے آیا ہے۔  منی لانڈرنگ خود ہی ایک جرم ہے.منی لانڈرنگ کی مثالیں۔ منی لانڈرنگ کی بہت سی عام قسمیں ہیں ، جن میں کیسینو اسکیمیں ، نقد کاروباری اسکیمیں ، اسمفنگ اسکیمیں ، اور غیر ملکی سرمایہ کاری / راؤنڈ ٹرپنگ اسکیمیں شامل ہیں۔


Robbery: According to common law, robbery is defined as taking the property of another, snatching something from someone by force or fear. That is, it is an attack or theft. Robbery means taking something valuable from another person using the risk of force or violence. For example, breaking into a person's home and stealing valuables by threatening to draw them.
